Agreement to terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mansa Furniture website and your purchase of products from us. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
The site is operated by Mansa Furniture Inc ("Mansa", "we", "us", "our"), a company with offices at Edificio Mansa Furniture, Calle 47, Marbella, Panama City, Panama, registered in the Public Registry under Folio No. 155769654. References to "you" mean the person who browses the site or places an order. You can reach us at support@mansafurniture.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
Products and availability
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but colors, textures, grain, and dimensions may vary slightly due to screen settings, natural materials, and handcrafting. Products are subject to availability and we may discontinue or modify items at any time. Some pieces are made to order.
Prices and currency
Prices and the currency shown depend on your region and are displayed on each product page. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed. Unless stated otherwise, prices may exclude taxes, duties, and delivery charges, which are shown before you complete your purchase.
Pricing errors
Despite our best efforts, a product may occasionally be mispriced. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you to ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. If we cannot reach you, we may treat the order as cancelled and refund any payment made.
Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. After you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement email; this confirms we have received your order but does not form a contract. A binding contract is formed only when we send an email confirming that your order has been accepted or dispatched. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where stock is unavailable, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing error has occurred.
Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Yappy, ACH bank transfers, Swift transfers for international payments, and cash. Card and online payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. You authorize us and our providers to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and delivery where applicable. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Intellectual property
All content on the site — including text, images, photographs, logos, button icons, page headers, product designs, graphics, software, and the selection and arrangement of these — is owned by Mansa or our licensors and is protected by Panamanian and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. The Mansa name, logos, and trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, or in any way likely to cause confusion or that disparages Mansa. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the site and make personal, non-commercial use of it. This licence does not permit any resale or commercial use of the site or its contents; any collection or use of product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use; any framing, or use of meta tags or hidden text based on our name or trademarks; or any use of data-mining, robots, or similar extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, to introduce malicious code, or to infringe the rights of others. We may restrict or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
Content you submit
If you send us content or information through the site — for example reviews, comments, images, or messages — you confirm that you are entitled to do so, that the content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, that it is not confidential, and that it is not unlawful, abusive, or harmful to others. You remain responsible for what you submit and, to the extent permitted by law, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in connection with operating and promoting the site.
Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and including a link does not imply our endorsement.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mansa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Consumer warranty and conformity
Where you buy as a consumer, your products come with the legal guarantees of conformity required by applicable law, and Mansa also provides a commercial warranty that varies by product — usually between one and five years depending on the product and the type of defect, as shown on each product page. In the EU, EEA, and UK we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within at least two years of delivery, and you should notify us within two months of discovering a defect. If a product is defective or not as described, we will repair it, replace it, or refund it as set out in our Returns and Cancellations Policy. These rights are in addition to, and do not replace, any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Mansa harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be subject to the competent courts of Panama City, Panama. Where you are a consumer resident in another country, you may also bring proceedings in, and benefit from the mandatory protections of, the law of your country of residence, and nothing here deprives you of those protections.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place an order. We will revise the "Last updated" date to reflect changes.
