Delivery Policy

Overview

This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes, what it costs, and what to do when your order arrives. Delivery options and timescales are confirmed at checkout based on your address and the items in your order.

Where we deliver

We deliver throughout Panama and to selected international destinations, shown at checkout. Delivery within Panama City is free. Deliveries to other provinces in Panama may carry an additional fee, and international deliveries may be priced differently and may be subject to import tariffs, taxes, and shipping handling fees. Any such charges are confirmed before you pay, or, for duties assessed at the border, are explained under "International orders" below.

Processing and lead times

We deliver in-stock items within 72 hours of your order. Made-to-order pieces are produced after your order is confirmed and have longer lead times; we confirm an estimated timeframe with you when you place the order, rather than on the product page. Because these pieces are custom-built, the timeframe is an estimate and may be subject to delays outside our control. We will keep you updated if production timelines change.

Product availability

We keep our inventory updated through our stock system, so the 72-hour timeframe applies when the item you order is in stock. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an item may turn out to be unavailable after you order. If that happens, we will contact you and offer to replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value (subject to your acceptance), provide store credit, or issue a refund. If you request a refund, we will process it within 72 hours.

Delivery hours

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Please make sure someone is available to receive and inspect the order during these hours.

Delivery methods

Within Panama, deliveries are made with our own fleet — a Mansa truck or car — operated by our delivery team, who coordinate a delivery window with you in advance. International orders ship through a third-party carrier.

White-glove delivery and building access

We provide white-glove delivery to your residence, carrying the furniture inside, provided each piece fits through the doorway and into the elevator. If an item has to be carried up a flight of stairs, this may carry an additional cost; please assess this and confirm it with us before the delivery. If you live in a residential or office building (PH), you are responsible for reserving parking for our truck and booking the elevator for the time of delivery. If we are unable to park at the destination or use the elevator, we will not be held responsible for the resulting delay; we may have to reschedule the delivery for another day and may deduct a fee to cover the failed attempt.

Delivery costs

Delivery within Panama City is free. For other provinces and international destinations, charges are calculated from the size and weight of your order and your destination, and are shown before you pay. Any additional promotion will be applied automatically at checkout where eligible.

Delivery estimates

The 72-hour timeframe applies to in-stock items delivered within Panama. Made-to-order pieces, deliveries to other provinces, and international or freight shipments depend on production and carrier schedules, and those dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Timescales can also be affected by customs, weather, and other factors outside our control; we are not liable for delays caused by such factors, but will help resolve any issues.

Tracking

We will contact you to schedule your delivery. For deliveries within Panama, our delivery team arranges the appointment with you directly; for international orders, we will share carrier tracking details where available.

Inspection on delivery

Delivery is the moment to check your furniture. Our delivery team will inspect each item together with you on arrival, and any superficial or visible damage must be reported then and there so we can resolve it on the spot. Once you have received and accepted the furniture, we are not responsible for superficial damage that was not reported at delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding hidden defects or lack of conformity — see our Returns and Cancellations Policy and the consumer warranty in our Terms.

Missed or failed deliveries

If a scheduled delivery cannot be completed because no one is available, access is restricted, or the details provided were incorrect, a redelivery charge applies. Within Panama City this typically ranges from US$15 to US$60 depending on the distance and the load; for other areas we will confirm the cost before redelivering. Please make sure someone is available to receive and, for large items, that access routes and doorways are clear and measured.

International orders, duties and taxes

For deliveries that cross a border, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance set by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these are your responsibility and are not included in the product or delivery price. Customs procedures may also affect delivery times.

Risk and ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery to the address you provide, or to a person you have authorized to receive the order. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
