Allan graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts' School of Architecture in 2011. In the same year he opened his own design studio, now known for a clean, honest, user-oriented approach to design, which empaseized the balance between function, aesthetics and emotional impact. At the core of the studio's design process is a focus on observation and analysis. Each project begins by examining the essential DNA of an object: its purpose, context and interaction with the user. Allan draws inspiration from the past as much as the present; flea markets and vintage objects often spark new ideas by revealing how people once lived, prompting reflection on contemporary habits and the evolving role of design in daily life. The goal is to create enduring, meaningful designs that improve everyday life over time.
